In a privileged setting in the Pyrenean foothills, we have been curing pork ham, shoulder and sausages since 1950. We select the raw materials we work with very carefully. We use treasured recipes and secrets of yesteryear to prepare and cure these traditional products.

Our Serrano Ham is TSG (Traditional Specialty Guaranteed) certified, while BRC and IFS certificates guarantee the safety of our processes and products. We are also endorsed by the Framework List to sell on international markets.
