For over 20 years, we have been producing olive oil made exclusively from our best Arbequina olives at our Santa Inés mill located in the heart of the Ebro Valley. Our oils have been recognised in prestigious international competitions as one of the best fruity oils in the world.

Extra Virgin Arbequina olive oil

Our oil is extra virgin, obtained from the first cold pressing, i.e., pure Arbequina olive juice without any chemical process.

  • Colour: greenish yellow.
  • Aroma: medium fruity olive. Depending on the vintage, it reveals a broad base with reminiscences of artichoke, tomato plant and various vegetables.
  • Flavour: sweet with an apple background and evocative of almonds. With a slight spiciness, the more astringent flavour appears at the very end of the tasting.

Quality

Because we are located close to our farms, we are able to grind the olives quickly, preserving all of their nuances. In fact, our olives are ground as soon as they arrive from the fields and no more than 6 hours elapse from when they are harvested until cold extraction and double decanting takes place. The temperature is kept permanently below 25ºC, so that the olive juice maintains its essential and most unique properties.
